The Road Ahead

We will be upgrading LeafUrl, our free Url shortening service, between 14:00 and 16:00 today. The installation of the upgrade will require some downtime, so access to LeafUrl will be impaired betwen 14:00 and 16:00.

If you have a LeafUrl account, you can add, edit manage and monitor your shortened Urls through My Account on this website. Click on the Customer Login link at the top of the page and log in using your LeafUrl account details.

The upgrade was successfully installed.

Two new articles have been added to our knowledgebase on how to connect and upload files by FTP using the FileZilla client. FTP is the most reliable and fastest method available for web hosting customers to upload data to their web space.

We will be upgrading the Webmail software tonight (19/08/2013) between 1900 and 2000. During this time, webmail will not be available.

The webmail was successfully upgraded.

The Data Centre that hosts our THAMES server will be perfoming some routine maintenance to their network equipment between 22:00 tonight and 01:00 tomorrow morning.

During this time, there may be occasional brief interruptions to our services.
