Many thanks to all our customers for their continued custom and we wish everyone a happy and prosperous 2020.

We have updated our Privacy Policy to reflect some additional security measures that are being implemented on our website. As part of these security improvements, we will now be recorded additional information when customers log into MyAccount. These additional values will be used for security auditing and to identify possible unexpected logons.

We've made a few changes to our customer (MyAccount) login to protect against malicious login attempts. Customers logging in will now need to complete a CAPTCHA or Are you human? question in addition to entering their username and password details. We've added the CAPTCHA challenge to guard against malicious automated systems that may attempt to penetrate our login system through a brute force attack.

Our CAPTCHA challenge is to complete a relatively simple maths operation, for example: 1 + 2 = ? If you are unable to complete the CAPTCHA question, refresh the login page (press F5 or CTRL+R or use the browser refresh button) to get a new CAPTCHA question.

In response to a recent support query, we've added an article to our support knowledgebase on how to remove the '--' signature separator from Mozilla Thunderbird when using custom HTML signatures.

In case anyone wonders what me mean by a signature separator, have a look at the screenshot below.

We will be performing some routine server maintenance from around 20:00 tonight (UK or GMT time). There may be a slight impairment of our services whilst this work is taking place.
