The Road Ahead

We've made some update to our Data Retention Policy to reflect recent tweaks to our email logging and recording. We've also cleaned up some language to make a few points clearer.

The updated Data Retention Policy along with all our other legal documents and policies may be found in the Legal section accessible by click on the Legal & Privacy link found at the bottom of every page.

To all of our customers and visitors, we'd like to wish you a very Merry Christmas.

We hope you a wonderful and relaxing time over the festive period. Thank you for your custom and support throughout 2020 and we look forward to working with you again in 2021.

We are taking a small break today and tomorrow but we will be back to take support enquiries from Sunday 27th December.

We may perform some maintenance work on our services between Christmas and the New Year. As ever, advance notice will be posted on our website and social media feeds if there are planned service interruptions.

We will be performing some routine server maintenance from around 20:00 tonight (UK/GMT time). There may be a slight impairment of our services whilst this work is taking place.

We've made a few, minor changes to a couple of our legal documents. There have been no changes to our existing legal declarations and policies.

We have removed references to a couple of now retired hosting servers and corrected a couple of typos with external links.

The software licence that applies to any free software or application we release has been published.

To continue to support registrants of .com and .net domains that may have been affected by the COVID-19 / CoronaVirus pandemic, the restore fee waiver for these TLDs has been extended for another 60 days until 1st August 2020 at 03:59:59 GMT/UTC.

Additionally, from the 1st June 2020, restore fees will also be waived on .tv, .cc and .name TLDs until 1st August 2020 at 03:59:59 GMT/UTC.
