Following on from yesterday's post about backing up standard email accounts, we've just published a new knowledgebase article on how to backup Hosted Exchange accounts.

KB210 : Backing up Hosted Exchange Account

From Saturday 8th November through to Saturday 15th November, planned maintenance work will be taking place within the primary data centre for hosted exchange services. Work will span 8 days during off-peak evening and early morning hours.

Most cloud services will be running from a secondary data centre during these maintenance times. Most hosted exchange customers should not be unduly impacted, but there is a risk of disruption.

Microsoft Exchange 2013 is now the default messaging service for new customers. With Hosted Exchange 2013, you get the latest technology, a better way to share email, calendars and contact information and easier mailbox setup.

For existing customers, we can still add Exchange 2010 mailbox now and into the foreseeable future.
