Why haven't I received a domain renewal invoice

We do not automatically generate and send invoices for domain renewals. When a domain is due for renewal, we will send renewal notifications messages to your accounts's email address 45, 30 and 7 days before the domain's expiry date and on the expiry date itself.

If you opt to renew the domain, a renewal invoice will be generated as part of the order process.

We do not automatically renew domain names. It is beholden on the customer to manually renewal their domains.
