The Small Print
The helpdesk is only manned during normal working hours. If a message is received outside of these times it may not be read or replied to until the next business day.
Any messages sent to the support e-mail address that are identified as being spam or junk mail by our mail filters will be automatically deleted. Please do not send any message to the helpdesk that has the text [SPAM] in the subject line as it may be recognised as being spam and will be deleted.
Generally speaking, we only provide support for our own products and services. On occassion, we may offer advice on a third party product or service. Any such advice is provided without any guarantee or liability - you use it at your own risk. For support for third party products, please contact the original vendor or manufacturer.
