We occasionally need to perform routine maintenance and service work on our services. In some circumstances, this may lead to one or more services being offline for a short period of time.
Wherever possible, we undertake maintenance work outside of normal work hours - typically either after 19:00 during the week, or over the weekend - to reduce any service interruption.
Advanced warning of all planned maintenance work is placed on our blog and Twitter feed at least 24 hours before it is due to take place.
