How to enable or disable loyalty points for an individual TaxiOffice Customer


This article provides a guide on how to enable or disable loyalty points for an individual customer account. This only applies if the loyalty points module is included in your TaxiOffice subscription.


  1. Log into TaxiOffice Admin
  2. Go to Customers
  3. Browse the list of customers until you find the target customer. Click on View/Edit for their entry
  4. Change the selected value for the Loyalty Points drop down menu
  5. Click on the Save Customer button.

Additional Information

  • The loyalty points option is only available if the TaxiOffice's subscription includes the Loyalty Points module
  • Enabling or disabling loyalty points will not remove or reset any existing loyalty points earned by the customer.
