Provisioning is the process whereby we install, configure and prepare a new TaxiOffice installation. This is an automated process that typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes, although there may a slightly longer delay if we are carrying out any maintenance or upgrade work.
Once provisioning has been completed, we send a notification message to the account holder that includes details of how to log into their new TaxiOffice instance.
Important: If the new TaxiOffice subscription requires payment, access will be denied until payment has been received.
