TaxiOffice subscriptions are broken down into periodic payments, typically on a monthly basis. Subscriptions are paid in advance with payment for the next subscription period due by the end of the current period.
Prior to the end of a current subscription period, we will automatically issue an invoice for the next period. This invoice will be due for payment by the end of the current period.
Important: If payment is not received for a subscription period by its' start date, the TaxiOffice instance will be automatically suspended. Suspended TaxiOffice instances will not be activated until payment has been received in full.
Paying a Subscription

Log into the Customer Portal on our website by clicking on the Customer Login link found at the top of the page.

Click on the TaxiOffice tab

Click on the View/Manage link for the relevant TaxiOffice instance

Click on the Pay Now link

Select your payment method and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note: We do not accept cheque or cash payments unless by prior agreement.
