Our hosting control panel enables management of customer hosting services through a single, password protected website. To protect against individual accounts from being exploited, we apply a password policy to ensure all password incorporate a level of complexity.

All account passwords must conform to the following rules

  • Be between 8 and 20 characters in length
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Contain at least one number

You will not able add or change an account password if it does not conform to the above rules.

Your password may contain:

  • The letters a - z in either upper or lower case
  • The numbers 0 - 9
  • The symbols . _ # @

Password Recommendations

A strong password is an important protection for your hosting account. An ideal password is long and contains letters, numbers and symbols.

  • Wherever possible, use at least 8 characters
  • Use the entire keyboard, not just the letters or numbers you use most often.
  • Change your password regularly. We recommend at least every 3 months.
  • Avoid dictionary words in any language.
  • Avoid sequences or repeated characters.
  • Don't use any personal information like your name, birthdays, identity numbers or other family information.
  • Restrict knowledge and access to the password - only those who need the password should know it.

You may change your password through the hosting control panel at any time.
