Password Recommendations
A strong password is an important protection for your hosting account. An ideal password is long and contains letters, numbers and symbols.
-
Wherever possible, use at least 8 characters
-
Use the entire keyboard, not just the letters or numbers you use most often.
-
Change your password regularly. We recommend at least every 3 months.
-
Avoid dictionary words in any language.
-
Avoid sequences or repeated characters.
-
Don't use any personal information like your name, birthdays, identity numbers or other family information.
-
Restrict knowledge and access to the password - only those who need the password should know it.
You may change your password through the hosting control panel at any time.
