Create Mail Account

All Calzada hosting accounts include mail accounts. The number of accounts you may create is limited by the hosting plan for the hosting account.

To create a new mail account, you will need to log into our Hosting Control Panel.

How To

Please Note: All passwords must conform to our Password Policy. If you wish to generate a complicated password, try our Password Generator.

  1. Log into the Hosting Control Panel.
  2. From the left-hand Account Menu, click on Spaces
  3. From the Hosting Spaces menu, click on the space that contains your website (most accounts will only have 1 space).
  4. From the left-hand Hosting Space Menu, float your mouse over the Mail option. A side menu will open, click on Accounts.
  5. Click on the Create Mail Account button
  6. Complete the Main Account Properties form
    • If you have multiple domains configured for your account, you will need to select the domain for the new account from the drop down menu
  7. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the form to create the account.

Your new account has been created and is now ready to be used.

Additional Information

There may be a short delay of upto 10 minutes between account creation and our spam filters being updated with the new account's details. During this period, any messages sent to the account may be delayed or marked as spam.
