How do I change my contact details?

Introduction

This articles explains how to change your email address, postal address and any other information associated with your account.

Changing Contact Details

You may change the majority (see important information below) of your contact details via My Account.

1. Sign into My Account by click on the Sign In link found at the top right of every page.
2. Once signed in, click on the My Profile tab.
3. Click on Manage Profile (under Manage Profile).
4. Change the relevant details in the form. All required entries are highlighted in bold text.
5. Click on the Save button to apply your changes.
6. Any changes will take immediate effect.

Important Information

• Changing your email address does not change your account username - which may be in the format of an email address.
• Changing your contact details through My Account does not change anything within the Hosting Control Panel as these are two independent systems.
• All changes take immediate effect.
