Overview
TaxiOffice includes the ability to send an e-mail message to any recipient through the Admin site. Any messages sent through this tool are formatted to the same design and layout as any other message sent by TaxiOffice.
Sending a message

Log into TaxiOffice Admin

Go to Settings & Tools > Send E-mail

Complete the send e-mail form

If you wish to preview the message, click on the Preview button

To send the message, click on the Send button.
