What are Subscriptions?

TaxiOffice is a subscription based service where continued access requires a valid, and in most cases paid-for, subscription.

Subscriptions are broken down into periodic payments, typically on a monthly basis. Subscriptions are paid in advance with payment for the next subscription period due by the end of the current period.

Prior to the end of a current subscription period, we will automatically issue an invoice for the next period. This invoice will be due for payment by the end of the current period.

Important: If payment is not received for a subscription period by its' start date, the TaxiOffice instance will be automatically suspended. Suspended TaxiOffice instances will not be activated until payment has been received in full.
