All smartphones including iPhones, iPads, Android, Windows etc may connect to our hosted exchange with the same common settings. The exception to these are Blackberry handsets who have a different configuration.
In some cases, you may have an issue connecting a smartphone to Exchange if you have not completed the DNS setting configuration. Critically, the autodiscover CNAME must be in place before connecting to Exchange.
These settings apply for all smartphones except Blackberry handsets.
