Rich textarea does not appear on iPad

Problem

When using an iPad or other iOS device, the rich text editor will not appear correctly.

Cause

This is a known problem with the third party control used to present the rich text editor.

Solution / Workaround

This problem was fixed in the Camino CMS 0.5.1 maintenance release. There is presently no viable workaround.
