I've ordered a domain but it doesn't appear

What to do if your recently ordered domain does not yet appear in your list of registered domains.

Problem / Issue

You have ordered/registered a new domain name but it doesn't appear in the list of domains in MyAccount


The most common explanation for this is that you have yet to pay for the domain. We do not start the provisioning process until payment has been received in full.

To pay for the domain, please click on the Orders tab in My Account and then click on Pay Now next to the relevant order.

If you have already paid for the order, please contact us for further assistance.
